Exhibiting at KISS 2026

We'll be there with coffee, cables and hearts

The KISS conference gathers the Danish customer service, IT service and support community every year. We were there in 2025, and we're back in 2026 – exhibiting in the expo area, where you can meet us all day.

We're not coming with a sales pitch. We're coming to talk about what actually happens in your day-to-day: where tickets stall, where AI makes sense (and where it doesn't), and how to get a Zendesk setup that's genuinely used by the people who live in it.

Drop by the stand – or book a meeting in advance so we're sure to have time for you.

Who will you meet at the stand?

Available and Zendesk are there together – so you get both the partner and the product perspective in one place

Our own people are there all day. And this year we're joined by our friends from Zendesk, so you can talk platform, licences and roadmap straight with the source.

Book a meeting at the stand

A conference day gets busy. Put your name down here and we'll set time aside – and prepare for exactly what you want to discuss.

What you can talk to us about

Bring a concrete problem – we'll bring a concrete answer

01

AI that actually helps

Reply suggestions, classification, summarisation and self-service. We're happy to show what holds up in production – and what only looks good in a demo.

02

Zendesk from scratch

Getting started? We'll walk through what an implementation realistically takes in time, data and decisions – without the wrapping paper.

03

Away from the shared inbox

Migrating from Outlook, Freshdesk, Salesforce or a homegrown system. We've done it many times and know the pitfalls.

04

Integrations and apps

Zendesk needs to talk to ERP, CRM, telephony and your webshop. We build the connections that remove manual work.

05

A service check of your setup

Had Zendesk for years? There's almost always something to gain. We'll take a look and point at what pays off first.

06

Training and leadership

Courses, onboarding, peer groups and sparring. Customer service is a discipline, not just a system – and it can be trained.

We were there in 2025 too

Last year's KISS was a day full of cases, opinions and good conversations at the stand

At KISS 2025 we had a stand, an Apple Watch giveaway and plenty of good conversations about AI, data and what customer service is really worth to the business. Afterwards we wrote our takeaways down.

Three points stood out:

  • AI has become an everyday assistant – it's about using it strategically, not about having it.
  • Customer service has become a brand and a value driver, not a cost.
  • Data and ethics are the key – without accountability you lose customer trust fast.
